Monday, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced that they had assassinated a commander in the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement in the northern Gaza Strip.

According to the Palestinian Ma'an News Agency, the Israeli Occupation said that it assassinated Hussam Abu Harbeed by targeting a house in the town of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip.

In a statement confirming the killing of Harbeed, the Israeli Occupation military said he “was behind several anti-tank missile terror attacks against Israeli [Occupation] civilians.”
